Well... a lot has happened since we last updated our blog! We celebrated our first anniversary of being together by making it official! We were married in a quiet little ceremony held at twilight on a private pier on Mobile Bay. It was small, sweet, and absolutely perfect! We couldn't possibly be happier! Our reception in California is still on for August 9th. We have decided to wait and have our reception in Hawaii after we are sealed in the temple next year. Everyone keeps asking why we're still 2300 miles apart if we're already married! We have some custody hurdles to overcome before Beverly and Logan will be able to move to Alabama but we are remaining prayerful and faithful that all will work out well and soon. Until then... I suppose you could say we're already getting a good dose of "military marriage". We've always been good about the long distance and visit as often as we can... hopefully soon we'll get to visit others instead of visiting each other! Mahalo to all of you who have been so supportive of us, we're so grateful to have so many great friends and such a wonderful family!
